VOLUNTEERS

We our services are primarily delivered by volunteers who are drawn from the fields of sexual offender treatment and sex offender management in the community.

Whilst we prefer applications from people who share the Christian faith, we value applications from anyone of goodwill who has a concern to see the church "get it right" as far as sex offenders are concerned. Our training programme contains some theological content but where the trainer does not have competence to deliver this other arrangements can be made to ensure that this essential part of the training is provided.
